Nova rapidly scales their hydrothermal process designed to run continuously and be integrated right into pulp mills. This creates an opportunity to retrofit utilising existing infrastructure and right next to biomass source.

Why lignin matters for planetary health?

Lignin represents roughly 30% of plant biomass on earth, yet most of it is used solely for its calorific value. Nova offer an alternative which offers significant added value and saves multiples of CO2 emissions for every ton of lignin.
